Hi, Marc -- So sorry to hear of your difficulties! Have you attempted this repair of Storyline 2 yet? If the crashing/freezing behavior continues after that, we do have a solution to pull error logs. In the meantime, I will go ahead and test your course to see if I encounter the same behavior you have described and I will reply here with my findings. :)

Hi, Marc -- Thanks for your patience while tested your file. As it appears that you were set to publish for LMS, I went ahead and tested your published output on the SCORM Cloud and did not experience any issues on the slide you had designated. Please see this link and let me know if you have any troubles. If you do not have issues, you may want to reach out to your LMS provider directly for additional assistance.
