I have been attempting to publish a Rise 360 course containing multiple storyline blocks in my LMS (absorb). When reviewing the course, the storyline blocks function properly (audio in sync with objects on the screen), however, when I review it from the learner's side in absorb, the audio does not sync up with the objects in the storyline blocks. I have attempted to re-render the course, change the export settings, clear my cache, and duplicate the course to see if a different version would function properly. None of these attempts have been successful, so I would greatly appreciate some help with this.
It sounds like the audio files in your Storyline 360 course are not syncing when used as a Storyline Block in Rise 360 then uploaded to an LMS.

It looks like Fannie May replied to your e-mail with some feedback and next steps you can try. I'd recommend giving those a shot to see if that does the trick!
