We have created AICC course package from articulate storyline. The course has an audio & we have synchronized the audio with few animations, like appearing text, Graphics & images.
The audio sync is working properly in PC, but when we run the package in Ipad there is no audio sync.
Can you tell us if you're viewing the project in Safari or the Articulate Mobile Player? If you're publishing for HTML5, and viewing in Safari, that may be the problem.
If you review our comparison chart, you'll see that audio will function a little differently in HTML5. You'll want to scroll down to the section on "Media" and hover over the yellow sections for additional information.
If you're using Flash instead, are you able to share a link to the project on your server or attach the .STORY file here?
When using the Articulate Mobile Player, your custom player colors and effects will not be used as it will default to the optimized player set up. You'll find that included in the comparison chart under "Player: Colors and Effects" when you hover over the yellow boxes.
Now we have faced another issue in articulate storyline.
While we reviewing in Ipad, In some pages the text appearing after 3 to 5 seconds after completing audio. some times it will take more time to appear the text. currently we have using HTML5.
Since you were previously testing it in the Mobile Player, if elements are loading there as expected it may be connected to the HTML5 limitations. Also, if the loading is inconsistent, I would try within different wireless networks to see if that helps resolve any of the issues you're experiencing. We found an issue in the functioning of activity type page in the storyline, when tested in the ipad device.
When a course was tested in the two different versions of storyline in the ipad, we found the following issues:
In the storyline version 1.3, the activity works well.
In the storyline version1.4, once the user completes the activity. On clicking the “Previous” button, the activity page is displayed in the unvisited state instead of visited state and further no action can be performed on the screen.
I have attached the screenshots of the issue.
Please let us know why this problem has occurred and also provide a solution to it.

If so, please provide the .story file and share information on where you're hosting the course (LMS, web server, etc.) and how you're testing it (HTML5, specific browser, mobile player, etc.). Yes we have reviewed HTML -5 through Safari.
We have installed Articulate Mobile Player & the course is running properly in the Ipad. There is no audio sync issue now.
The only issue is the template color is not appearing in Ipad. Please refer below screenshots.
Is there is a way to change the color in Articulate Mobile Player app or any option need to enable in articulate storyline before publishing.

There are some known limitations of HTML5, including slow HTML5 loading or it not working correctly in mobile safari as shown here.
