Issue with iPad while reviewing the course from LMS.

Does iPad consume more bandwidth?. The text and audio doesn't sync. When we get an update from storyline 2 to storyline 3 articulate was had a statement (of the issue which happened before) that responsive is now easy for all the device. But now i'm facing the issue in iPad. I can't see or play (audio is playing) the previous video when i lock the iPad device and unlock it. Can i know the reason of this issue. I know you guys will ask me to fill the feature request, so please except that you can get the solution.

Hi Vignesh, 

It doesn't sound like you're talking about a feature request, but perhaps a bug with the course you have uploaded? You mentioned locking/unlocking the iPad - can you explain that a bit further? 

Also, what iOS version are you using on your devices and can you share a link to the course so that I can also test it out?
