Ipad iphone/chrome issues TIN CAN Storyline 2

Has anyone had success with ipad/chrome in Tin Can? I am unable to run the course with sound. I first contacted our LMS IT dept (Absorb) to see if the issue is a result of our LMS. However, they tested and provided me this feedback:
"It looks like the Storyline TinCan is not playing or triggering the audio when it should be. I've tested it across a few other devices and it looks like this issue is only affecting iPads and iPhones. It's also reproducible on other platforms such as the SCORM Cloud, which suggests the issue is not with the LMS itself.
The format of the audio files themselves are compatible with iPad / iOS devices, and plays back fine when separated from the TinCan, so they should be fine. Have you tried contacting Articulate Support to see if they can offer any insight or solutions?"
If anyone has had success, please let me know. Or is this device/browser combination not compatible with Storyline?
