Course gets blurry (only during screen recording)

I have published a course and both when I preview it within Storyline and publish it, it goes blurry during the screen recording portions.  It's never done this before.  Does anyone know why this would happen?

I suggest if you could try these best practices and see if there will be some improvements. 

1. Recording high resolution screencast

2. Best practices for high quality videos

If above guides does not resolve the issue, i would recommend to share a file and open a support case so they can see what is happening. Hope this helps!
