Course just keeps loading

I have an elearning course I have posted on our server and it just continuously tries to load until I turn on "allow sites to save information on this computer" in the Flash Player Settings Manager. The problem is on our network image the default is set to "block all sites from storing information on this computer" ... is there any way around this?

Hi Ron. Welcome to E-Learning Heroes,

I'm not quite sure how we missed David's post, sorry about that David! I don't see a support case for the problem he was having either, so I'm not sure if he was able to resolve it.

Are you able to share more information about the issue you're having, please? What method are you using for publishing (Web, LMS, CD, etc.)? Are you uploading the course to a web server or LMS before testing the course? What browser are you using to view the course and what version of Flash do you have installed?

Also, what exactly happens when you view the course? Do you see any errors, or the "spinning" graphic, etc.?

Hi Ron,

Thanks for the info! If it's only happening for a few users, it may be system-specific. Any common thread for the users that are experiencing this issue? I'm guessing they've tried both browsers you mentioned (Firefox and IE8), correct? 

Any chance you're publishing for HTML5? If so, it may help to test in Google Chrome.
