Course keeps failing

Hi, I've set up several policy revision "courses" in SL360. For each of them, there is an acknowledgment slide using a T/F Graded Question. I've set the correct answer to 100 points. I've set the Results slide to submit results when the timeline starts, and given the option to Exit the course or Retry the quiz.
Seems to work fine until I import the course into our LMS. I've also tried importing into SCORM Cloud to see if the LMS is the issue. In both environments when I click the correct option, it records that I completed the course, but the results are that I Failed. I've tried adjusting the triggers, variables, etc., but can't seem to get it to work right. Attached are the unformatted T/F slide and Results slide...does anyone have any suggestions?

I published and uploaded your course to Scormcloud and it appears to be recording as expected.
That's so odd...when I publish it, it fails (see attached). I'm publishing to SCORM 2004, setting the LMS Reporting to Completed/Incomplete, and making sure that the tracking is set to the Results slide. I'm stumped.

I published your course with the settings you had - didn't change them. It was tracking Passed/Incomplete - it is the 'passed' that give the score.

Thanks Wendy...not sure why mine keeps failing (I may have reset the Passed/Incomplete tracking to "Completed/Incomplete" after posting my original post).
