Course loading issue

Hi,

I'm using storyline 360, i have developed a course and published the course in SCROM 1.2 version. when i checked the course in IE(Version 11) browser i faced a loading issue. Same course i checked in Google Chrome, Firefox and Edge, its working fine.

Can any one explain.

May I ask what version of IE 11 you are using? The reason I ask is that I have seen where outdated versions of IE have caused loading issues. You can check this by:

  • Opening Internet Explorer and clicking on the ⚙️icon
  • When the drop-down menu appears, you will want to click on About Internet Explorer.
    About Internet Explorer
  • The version will appear when the About Internet Explorer Prompt is shown. In case this helps, I am currently running version 11.778.18362.0
  • If your version is different, you can update IE 11 here
