Articulate-Saba issues

Hello,
I have created a course in Articulate 360, after publishing and uploading to our LMS (Saba), we were able to view the course and complete it as of last Friday March 17th. Monday when we try to take the course it goes to the loading screen and will not load. Now we are unable to view the course in Saba. I have checked everything on the articulate side and re-published. Even after re-publishing and loading into Saba again we are still having the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue that can give me some advice. I have attached a screenshot of the course and what we are seeing.

This is what I am seeing.
Hello Celsey - I'm not familiar with Saba, and I'm not sure that I've seen users report an issue similar to that image before. Have you taken a look at SCORM Cloud yet to see if you experience the same behavior or would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?
