Course not reflecting correct score in results page

I am encountering a problem with a few of our users.  After they complete the course assessment, the results page displays a failing score.  They review all the questions, and have the correct answers, retake the assessment and the result is the same, that they have failed.  Usually, it shows a very low score like 20%.   I ask them to reboot, clean up their cache, and have had no success.  It only is happening to a few users and a few courses.  Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Cris,

Thanks for reaching out. It's always a challenge to pinpoint the cause of the issue when only a few users are seeing the problem, especially when you can't replicate it yourself. Do you happen to know if those users are taking the course in a supported browser? You can find a list of supported browsers for Storyline 2 here and Storyline 360 here

Beyond that, I'd suggest sharing your file with our Support Engineers to see if they can spot anything that might cause an incorrect score to occur. You can send your file to them directly right here!
