Course not sizing appropriately in Chrome

I was just wondering if anyone else has ran into this.  I have a client who wants a course I created in Storyline 1  to open to to the player size and be locked at that size.  No Problem.  Here is how I set the player setting:

 

It works fine in most courses, but I have some that the window will not open full size in Chrome.  The same course works correctly in I.E. and Firefox.  In Chrome the user need to resize the window to get rid of the scrollbars and see the complete course.

I know its not that big of a deal and the window size may be also be set in the LMS, but for this particular client I don't have access to the LMS.

It's not something I am going to probably spend a lot of time troubleshooting, more of just an annoyance because I can't explain why it happens on some courses and not on others when the publishing settings are the same.

Has anyone else ran into this?
