I have Published one course in Articulate Storyline(html5) and upload my server. open the course in windows PC it's working good, but not open in iPad. i am attached screen shot. how solve this issue.
Well, it looks like you published your content with the 'Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS and Android' option selected and do not have the player app installed on your iPad. Instrall the app and see if the content launches.
Looks like Michael has popped in to assist you here. In addition to his suggestion, if you did not wish to utilize the Articulate Mobile Player, you can re-publish without marking this option.
