Hi, First time here :) I built a course with storyline 2 for a client. The course is place in a system much like an Lms. The end client says that he gets many complaints from learners unable to run the course. All have in common that they are using IE 11. What can we do? There are thousands of learners with the problem so I need an overall solution.

Do you know if their installation of Internet Explorer 11 has Flash Player enabled? The system requirements for viewing Storyline 2 content supports IE 8 and later, with Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later.
That's where I'd start investigating!
