I have 3 Storyline 2 courses (AICC Published), each using random question banking. One course reports the passing score and completion to the LMS. The other two will report the passing score but show the a status of incomplete.
All three built essentially the same way. The latter two courses, which are not reporting correctly, use multiple question banks and a combined results reporting feature.
Is there any trouble shooting guidance for why the course correctly reports out a passing score but does not mark the course as complete in the LMS?

Hi Mark,
I'd begin by looking into the publishing options you chose as described here there are a few different options. Also, you may want to review this article on troubleshooting common LMS problems, specifically looking at testing the course in SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard and you can test AICC content as described here.
Also, there is a known issue here where AICC content doesn't report correctly after resuming, could that be a part of what you're running into?
