Thanks for letting us know it worked in SCORM Cloud - have you checked with your LMS team to see if there is anything that they can share? I know that the Exit trigger can be problematic as described here so you may want to see if your users are able to have a completion status by using the closer browser functionality.
How are you tracking the course? If you're tracking by slides viewed you may also want to confirm that the users are touching all the slides they need to - lightbox slides or similar count, but are often overlooked. You could try changing it to a few less slides to see if that helps?
Could you possibly take a look at this course? Completion criteria is being met (grade over 80%), but my LMS and SCORM Cloud keep tracking as "Incomplete" or "In Progress".
If relevant, I get this parsing error from SCORM Cloud:
The file referenced by the href attribute could not be found. href = index_lms.html
I was just responding to this post when I saw your new message come through. It looks like you've also updated the post to remove the file, but if you need anything else please feel free to let us know.

Many thanks Ashley, the course does open in a new window, but I'll check settings when I get into the office this morning.

Figured it out.
My reset condition here was stuck to the button. I took it out of the bottom and now it tracks fine.
