Course with multiple tracks, each with own quiz - How to track completion?

I've built a course upon launch you are asked to pick a track, which there are 3.   Each of these tracks has their own quiz (1 track has 7 questions, 1 track has 5 questions, and 1 track has 10 questions).   My question, I need to report course completion back to the LMS, how can I do this when I would need 3 results slides (so they can review/retry quiz).   I was hoping that I could have 3 results slide and if they passed, they would see a button which takes them to yet another common results slide which then reports completion.   That was my best quess so far.   Any thoughts?
