Courses display white screen on iPad through a mobile app
I have several courses that when launched through our LMS mobile app in landscape view, all the learner sees is a white screen but they can hear the audio playing. Even if you move the view to portrait mode, nothing fixes it.
When the course is launched in portrait view, no issues or if the learner uses a web browser. If the learner does launch in portrait and move to landscape, it will distort the course and the learner has to exit out of the course.
Previous courses built before the recent update launch with no issue.
I have included a screen recording of the issue. Any suggestions? Is it Articulate or the LMS?
