Portrait vs. landscape

We have created several courses using SL360 and noticed one new "quirk" for some courses that were published and loaded into LMS after early December. All of the courses are completed on different mobile device types, but we have seen this new issue mostly when using an apple tablet. There has been no consistent pattern- but frequently a course will not start when selected, or a button cannot be selected on screen. But if the user changes their tablet from landscape to portrait, or portrait to landscape, then all of the interactions work as intended. Any suggestions as to why?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior.

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:

You mentioned the issue happening mostly on Apple devices, are you able to consistently observe the issue on Android devices too?
What is the iOS versions of the Apple devices that you used for testing?
Have you tried testing the behavior on other browsers?
Since the course is hosted on an LMS, are you able to replicate the behavior when the course is published to Review 360?
Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to rule out of the issue is specific to your LMS?
