Courses not working on mobile device

I have created some courses in Articulate Storyline 2 and have uploaded in our LMS system - Saba. Please see attached the settings I have used to publish the course within our LMS.
When I view the courses on the iPad using the Saba Cloud iOS app, it gives me an error "URL can't be found" and hence does not launch the course at all. I even installed Articulate Player for iPad and it still does not play the course on the iPad. I am posting in this forum as all the other courses created using other tools like Brainshark launch properly. So my guess is, its a Storyline 2 publishing issue.
What am I missing? Any help on this would be great. Thank you.

Thank you for responding to my query so quickly. I appreciate it.
I published it using the option you suggested. So now, it is working in iPhone. Yay! However, it still does not work on the iPad. Any other settings that I may be missing?
Hello Aditi - I agree with Ayoub here. We cannot support viewing your published output in a 3rd party app. Please be sure you are viewing in a supported environment as this article shares.
