Courseware does not resume correctly after completion

Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm getting desperate. I know this is a known issue, but I want to ask and see if anyone out there has more information besides that supplied at the following link:

I'm not able to upload an example, but I have two courses within an LMS that need to be resumed once completed. There is an assessment/results slide at the end but they are tracked via all slides being viewed. Final slide unlocks completion and is only reachable from a pass on the assessment. The courses have restricted navigation, SCORM 1.2, completed/incomplete, resume always, flash cookie ignored in LMS.
The strange thing is, one course resumes correctly after completion, and its resume state appears to be being saved correctly. The other works correctly up to the point of completion, then will always revert to opening at one of the assessment questions around 6 slides from the end of the course and will not save a new resume slide.
As far as I can tell both courses have identical settings. The faulty one was templated off the first with only content being replaced. Is there something I have missed?

Hi, Elliot -- Thanks for reaching out with your question and so sorry to hear you are having difficulties! Have you had an opportunity to test your courses on the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior as what you are seeing in your LMS? And if you would be comfortable sharing the name of the LMS provider you use, there may be other members of the community who use the same service who have had a similar experience and can share their experiences/insights with you.
