I am creating a slide with multiple layers that all need to be visted, but in no specific order. Each layer is visted by clicking on an icon on the base layer. I would like a check to appear after each layer is visited. Is there a tutorial on setting up a menu on the slide that shows when each section is visited?
Sounds like what you're looking for can be done pretty easily using states and triggers. You could just add the checkmark to the visited state of each layer's button.
