I am currently developing a program in Storyline 3 and am wondering if there is a way to create a preview link of the entire program to send to someone to review who does NOT have the software on their computer.
She'll walk you through on how to get your course up for access via the internet or an intranet, and lists some free hosting options, such as Tempshare! (Right on, Brian). Also, this article covers each of the publishing options available in Storyline.

If you're looking for a no cost option, you might be able to use Articulate's temp share - http://tempshare.articulate.com/
