Creating Content for an Organization

Hi there, I am a consultant creating content for another organization. Once I give them the files that are created for an LMS are there any files I can provide them so they would be able to make any edits or updates? Would they have design capabilities within Articulate? We will not have the same account or login capabilities.

Hi, Brandie,

You can give clients a copy of the Storyline file (i.e., the source file). 

  • If they have an Articulate license, they'll be able to edit the .story file and republish the course in the future.
  • If they don't have an Articulate license, they won't be able to open the source file.
