Employee vs. Manager Branching
Apr 23, 2014
I'm creating a course that teaches employees and managers how to use a new system for logging time off requests. There are three scenes:
1. Introduction
2. Employee Content
3. Manager Content
At the beginning of Scene 1, I have a slide that asks the learner to identify whether they are a manager or an employee by clicking either the manager or employee button.
If they click the employee button, I want the training to end at the end of scene two. If they click the manager button, I want them to view scene 2 and then go on to scene 3.
I think I need to do this with states, but I'm not really sure how. Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ethan,
Using a couple of T/F variables (one for 'Employee' and one for 'Manager') that are adjusted when the user clicks on the appropriate button to confirm their role, you can control what content is seen as per the attached example.
I hope this helps

Thanks so much Antony! That worked perfectly.
