I'm working on a project where I have taken short video snippets on my phone that I am now wanting to put together into one larger video. Is Storyline capable of helping me edit and join these videos or is better to do this with another software and then import as one larger file? I've used Adobe Spark in the past but thought I would try in Storyline this time around as it seems there's a bit more functionality.

I'd use a video editing app. If you're on a PC, you should have one that comes with windows. If you have Replay, that would work as well.
