Trying to add video to storyline presentation and keep getting error on a video file saying "video format may not be supported" all my videos are MP4 format. The only differnce is the file that wont import is much larger than all the other video files i have imported. This one is 35 mins long and 2.2 gb is there a restriction on file size that can be imported and i'm running trial version...Please advise.
There seems to be no file size limitation for Storyline 360 but system resources might prevent the video from being imported. They suggested using https://handbrake.fr/ to re-encode the video or by uploading it to a third-party site such as Vimeo and sourcing the video from their on your project.
I am using the free trial as well and have yet to encounter the issue.
