Exported video as .mp4 from Final Cut Pro. Storyline responded not supported format when attempting to insert. Used a trial version of a video file format converter >.mp4. No problem after that. Anyone have similar experience and know what setting should be in export menu of Final Cut Pro to avoid this in the future.

I've seen users mention issue before as you can see here. Not sure if that is the same issue you are experiencing.
