Hi Matin and welcome to the Heroes community!
That image looks like Presenter '09 menu? Storyline does not have an option to show a video clip in that section of the menu or player set up - so you may want to look at creating a customized player frame/menu using the Storyline SDK which is detailed here and will require some knowledge of Flash coding.
