Menu
Jul 01, 2012
Hi all,
I have one problem and one question about 'Menu'.
The problem first, is the following: I have one slide with 6 layers and a menu that appears on the top left hand side part of the screen. In two of the layers I have imported web objects. After I publish the storyline, in the layers where I have web objects the menu appears BEHIND the web objects. In all other layers (where I have text, questions etc) the menu appears correctly. Any suggestion?
The question is if there is any way to link from the menu to a specific layer of a slide (and apparently include the option in the menu).
Any suggestion is useful and very much appreciated.
Many many thanks for your time and help in advance.

This is a known issue with web objects, I dont believe there is a fix.
It is not possible to link from the menu to a specific layer, unless you have alrady built this logic in at the slide level
Thanks Phil!

Phil-could you please explain what you mean by building this "logic in at the slide level"? I have had a request that the menu enable the learner to go directly to a tab in an interaction in storyline, and so far I can only link to the entire interaction.
