Dark hover color over hyperlink

Hi,
The hover color for hyperlinks is too dark but I don't know how to change it. You can see 2 slides here. One is dark blue and the other is off-white background.

When you hover over the first link (ASTM International), the blue is at least behind the text. But all the others have the dark blue on top of text. The same is true in slide 2, both layers. I have attached the theme colors. I suspect it has something to do with dark/light/1/2 but can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a "By Paragraph" animation applied to that text box? If so, that explains why the hover color is covering the hyperlinks.
We've got a bug in Storyline 360 where hyperlinked text is covered by the highlight color when the text box has a "By Paragraph" animation applied to it.
You can fix this by removing the "By Paragraph" animation. You could also separate the hyperlinks into their own text boxes, and have them fade in one by one.
I'll let you know as soon as this bug is fixed, and hopefully one of those workarounds will help in the meantime!

I have some good news!
We just launched the newest version of Storyline 360 (3.31.19951.0) this morning, which fixed the issue you saw when a text box has an animation with the effect option of "By Paragraph." You can review more on our latest update here: Storyline 360 Version History
The next step is to update Storyline 360 by heading to your Articulate 360 desktop app and clicking "Update" next to Storyline 360.

Hi, I'm still getting this issue -how do you fix it? When I hover over a hyperlink (text is black) the whole of the word is in a black box.

Thanks for reaching out! This issue should've been resolved when Update 31 for Storyline 360 came out. I just created an example in Update 45 and wasn't able to replicate.
