Hi All! Are Shape settings made by setting Default Shapes file-specific & embedded with the file? As in, will they transfer with the file to other members of our team?
Or are they user/app-specific, as in they'll stay as one set of settings for all files, and only the user who set them will get those Defaults?
It would be super-helpful if they transfer with files, so that the visual style settings for a course's common shapes can be pre-defined as part of its custom template for the whole team.
Any changes to a shape that you make and save using the "Set as Default Shape" option is saved to the project file. This means that the changes will be carried over when you share your file with another author. In the attached project file, you'll see that if you add a new shape, the shape will come out as orange with a shadow - the default shape that I set when I edited the course.
