I am using storyline 3 to publish a course in html 5 format. When i run the output on Edge, sometimes it takes a very long time to load. Infact, i need to reload the page twice or thrice and then it loads immediately. This issue is occurring only with Microsoft Edge. On all other browsers, the file loads instantly on the local machine.
I'm happy to investigate the load time. A few quick questions:
What version of Edge are you running?
Is the course hosted on a web server or a learning management system?
Are you comfortable with sharing the .story file for testing? You can send it privately to me by using this link. I'll gauge the performance in a similar space and delete it after!
