Is it possible to delay the start of a web object?
I have placed on the timeline at the time I want it to begin but when it is published, by the time we reach the web object, the animation has already played and looks like a static image
I need it to play automatically I have tried placing it on its own layer

If you could share your .story project file here, our community will be able to give you some tips on getting that to work based on your specific setup.
You can add it as an attachment right to a comment like this:
Hi David! You won't be able to trigger the start time of the web object. Like you mentioned, it'll load automatically when the slide timeline starts.
You could "fake it" by duplicating the slide, but only add the Web Object on the second slide. Then, trigger the first slide to jump to the second slide when you want the Web Object to appear.

Can you add some JavaScript inside the web object to delay the loading of the animation? Can you post a link to the web object or attach it here?

Let me know if that helps!
