Despite what my timeline shows, in preview and published versions, the audio is delayed. I have updated Storyline, restarted the program, deleted and reinserted the audio. Nothing has improved. Originally it was only one slide, now more slides are affected in this same manner (as seen in the published version).
We're not seeing any recent reports of this behavior from our users, so there's a chance that it might be isolated to your installation. First, try doing a repair of Storyline 360 to see if this helps address the behavior. You'll also want to make sure that your computer meets the system requirements needed to run Storyline 360.
If doing a repair doesn't address the behavior, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
You may need to raise a support case as without seeing the slides it is difficult to diagnose. Do you get the black screen and play button at the beginning of the course?
