Different player when publishing

Hi, everyone!
I'm reaching out for some help here...I'm working on a course that has a Player called Backbase Final_2. However, every time I publish it, the player shown is an older version that we used before. I deleted the old player file from the Articulate folder in my laptop, and I still see it when I publish my course.
I'd appreciate it if someone could have a look at the story file. For clarification purposes, the player I want to use (Backbase final_2) has close captions and no "narration" tab (notes). But when I publish the course, I still see the narration tab and no close captions.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Pamela,
That's a strange one, and I'm not sure exactly why it's happening.
I will say that when I went to publish your project, I clicked the "Backbase Final_2" link under Properties and saw that the custom Narration tab was selected. I de-selected it, published your project, and voila! No Narration tab! When I went to publish it again, I clicked the same link and saw that the Narration tab was NOT selected, so it seems like publishing the project once did the trick. Let me know if that works for you as well.
As for the closed captioning button, that will only appear on a slide with a captions file. Check out this user guide for more information.

Hi, Anna
It´s not working for me...besides not seeing the Player I'm using to publish, the tabs at the top right (Help, Resources, Progress) are for some reason cut off.
I've just submitted a case! Thanks for your help!
Here you can see the tabs cut off
Thanks for letting us know that you reached out to our support team. I'll drop your image in for the team to take a look at as well.
I am also having this same experience.
Hi Sandy,
I took a look at Pamela's case and it looks like our team is still working with her to test this out. If you'd like to share a copy of your .story file with us here or send it along to our Support team we're happy to give it a test too.
