direct the end of storyline to a home webpage

Hello everyone,
I am building a storyline 360 view course and would like right after the last slide, may be trigger will direct the user to a home web page. This is not accomplished yet. What I have is the video stop at the last slide and then a blank screen.
Can you please help, how I can use trigger to do this.

Hello Sonya, on the blank screen that you're referring to, you can add a button and assign the following triggers:

Action: Open URL/file
URL: Paste the desired home web page URL in the space provided
When: User clicks button (new button added by you)

So, once the user clicks on this button, it will directly navigate to the home web page.

Let me if you're able to follow these steps and accomplish with what you're trying to achieve.

Thanks for the instructions. it worked when publish to webpage, but nothing happened when publish to video. Can you help please.

Hi Sonya,

Thanks for the update. I guess the option that you're looking for doesn't work with the video file as its just a video. Let others chime in and share there feedback on this approach.

I agree with Sandeep. Since videos aren't interactive, you can't use triggers that require learners to click or interact with the content in any way. Interactive triggers won't work when publishing a course to a video file. Open URL triggers also won't work in published video outputs. The article below has details:
