Disappearing Menus

Has anyone experienced this (see screenshots)? Both my Colors menu and Fonts menu on the Design ribbon have gone blank. I'm running the most recent update of Storyline 2 on Windows 7 Pro (SP1). I've restarted the computer, tested it in existing projects and brand new ones.

check that your Windows DPI setting is set to 96DPI
Just checked... it is.

Let us know Jeanne if the full repair doesn't resolve it. If so, we'll want to get you working with one of our Support Engineers so that they can dig a bit deeper into what is happening with your set up.
