I published a presentation and on some of the screens the Menu is on the left side and on other screens the menu is gone completely. I want the menu gone completely. How do I get it off of every screen?
I am curious as to how you mean presentation? Where are you putting this presentation? Are you publishing a scorm package to upload to an LMS, or are you just publishing the screenshots for some other purpose?
Hello Joy - Typically this is controlled via the Player Features and you can check out the details in this tutorial. You mention seeing different behavior though, so you may have some custom player features set for your slides as you can check out here.
