I'm working in Storyline 2 and am encountering a disappearing button rather than a disabled state. The hover, down, and jump triggers are working great. When we return to the menu slide the button itself is gone (i.e. not showing at all in any state). How can I fix this?
You've got a trigger on the button that changes its state to disabled when it is clicked and the button's current state is "Down." I'm not clear what the purpose of that trigger is meant to be, but once the trigger has been activated, the button is disabled, and thus can't be clicked. Unless you want to prevent users from clicking on it more than once, seems to me you could delete that trigger.
Thanks! That trigger was an attempt to have the button show as visited. I had tried setting the visited state but then began running into the missing button issue. How do I set triggers so that a click shows both the down when being clicked on and then visited afterwards?
I use SL360 and have not used SL2 for a while, but I believe that buttons in SL2 work the same way, and have built-in states for hover, down, visited, and disabled. You should actually not need any additional triggers to make those states function.

Thanks again! Removing the triggers takes care of it. I really appreciate it.
