Hi, Heroes! I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my player display when I publish a file in SL360 with the HTML5 with Flash Fallback setting. You can see the two screenshots here. The first is the file published with the "Flash with HTML5 Fallback" and the player displays correctly (logo, correct color scheme). The second is the file published with the "HTML5 with Flash Fallback" setting (logo missing, color scheme is wonky). I have the most recent update of SL360.
Thanks for including those screenshots! After you published the file, where did you view the output? Do you see the same issue if you publish with HTML5/Flash Fallback to Articulate 360?
Both of these are published with 360. I published both to the Articulate 360 Review site, and for Web and uploaded them to my website. In both locations, they look the same as the screenshots.
Ah, I see. In that case, we'd like to take a closer look at your file (case# 01071871). You can use this link to send it to us privately, and we'll be in touch shortly!
