Download external files from resources

Hi All,

I need some help! I uploaded a certificate (pdf) to the resources and I have a button at the end of the e-learnin where everyone could download the certificate. I want the story file to download teh certificate from the resources not from my drive or computer. 

I used a button and a trigger: Jump to URL/file/story_content/external_files/name of the pdf

but everytime I test the file, there is a error message. 

It used to work before.

Anyone any ideas?

  • Are you testing this in your published output or from your local file? 
  • What is the error message that you're seeing?
