Download file xls SCORM package made by Storyline

Hi

I created an SCORM 1.2 package and upload to moodle 3.3. This package contain some excel files that the student should download. The problem is when i try downloading the file, the LMS doesn't find this resource.

The charge of file I made it as show on the image.

I think that my problem was configuration of LMS, but I tested the package with scorm cloud and the problem appear again.

Please help me, an sorry, I speak spanish.

Hey there Mario!

I'm happy to help here- sorry you're running into that. I have a couple questions to start out with:

  1. Are the excel files you're linking to saved locally (on your C:Drive or Desktop)? From your screenshot it looks like you're pulling from dropbox. Try moving the files to your desktop and see if that does the trick.
  2. If you're still having trouble after trying that, would you mind sharing your unpublished .story project file here so I can take a look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread like this:
