I wanted to know if there is anyway that after I create a screencast recording from within Storyline, could I actually download that to do additional editing to it in other programs? I am aware of the editing features inside Storyline but it is rather limited.
I'm trying to do a screencast that displays a certain method with just a video and then in the next slides of my module, I want to allow the users to try it themselves with the step-by-step feature in Storyline.
Once you have recorded your screen and the insert window displays before you insert you can right click on the screen cast and it will give you an Export Movie option.
If you have already inserted onto a slide then select the Record Screen menu and select the video you want to export and it will open the insert window again and you can right click on the screen cast as per above instructions.
