Download Time Too Long for SCORM Packages

I have multiple interactive courses built in storyline, with the end output of typically 25-35MB SCORM packages that I'm uploading into my Moodle training portal. Many users have complained about having to wait a while for the video to load. As I understand it, the entire video has to download before it plays and if a user is on a slow connection, it can take upwards of 5 minutes.
Is there any better way of doing this?
Ideally, the video would stream. Can I use YouTube or Vimeo to get it to stream and then just use the embed code in my Moodle training portal? If so, how would one do that with SCORM packages?
Any suggestion is welcome.

Hi Cole,
First you could easily look at inserting a Vimeo or Youtube video as a web object described here. That would take some of the loading off your LMS.
In regards to having to wait for the entire thing to download, you may want to review the information here in regards to how videos will progressively download so you don't need to wait for the entire thing before it begins playback.
The video should progressively download (it should download a portion and then begin). If this does not happen it may be you video is et up incorrectly and needs the Moov atom moving to the beginning of the file.
