I tried to download Update 6 for Storyline 2, which was taking a very long time to load. So I cancelled the download, but now I can't open Storyline 2 again and get this response:
Install Failed
The file could not be found. This may happen when the downloaded installer is corrupt. Try downloading and running the installer again.
Sorry to hear about the issue you ran into - but you'll need to finish downloading and installing the update to be able to open Storyline again, as a part of the update process removes your previous version of Storyline.
