ok thanks. i have try but the mp4 file is open in the browser user and not download. i understood dependes of setting browser, is possible forced this?
You're correct in that the browser controls if a file will be downloaded or opened. There isn't a way to control this action in Storyline 360, but I found this article which details how you can change this setting to your preferred behavior in your browser.
