here's what i want to do - i have 20 objects to drop into 2 folders. i want the objects to disappear when they are dropped into the correct folder. here's what's happening - the trigger works great for the first object, but when i put the same trigger on subsequent objects, all the triggers go off at once! and when one right object is put in the correct folder, so are all the others. yikes!!!!

Susan, sound s like your triggers are wrong
Looks like your state change is based on one object being dropped which then changes them all.
I would revisit the triggers and ensure that they are specific to that object

could you post a screen shot of your trigger panel ou upload the .story file.
Looks like a detail may be missing...

yes, my triggers weren't triggering correctly! thank you!!! it's way too hot up here in maine......
