Drag and Drop feature does not work when published

Hi there everyone,

I have been having some issues with this drag and drop I created and I am wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.

Every time I preview my file, the drag and drop feature on Slide 3 works just fine, however when I publish and try using the feature using my browser, the drag buttons snap back to their place instead of sitting on top of the correct option.

I have uploaded my interactive and am hoping someone can tell me what it is I am doing wrong? I am wondering if it is due to the triggers or due to how I am publishing my file.

I'm on the latest update of SL 360 and use Chrome 72. For me, the drag-and-drop interaction on slide 1.4 works as expected.

Same here. Edge, Firefox, Chrome. All of them work as expected.

Thank you Michael for looking into this and checking my source file. So strange how it never workds for me. I guess I will input it into the LMS and see if anyone else is having this issue.

Thank you very much Zsolt for checking my interactive on all those different browsers! I am using Chrome and do not understand why it isn't working for me, but I will see if I am the only one having this issue on my team.

Be sure to keep us posted on what you find out!

Also, can you double check that you're on the latest update of Storyline 360? Simply click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.25.18088.0 in the bottom-right corner.
