You can create hot spots and give a trigger to the magnify item as given in the screenshot (attached). It's working fine for me.

Hello Amy!

I took a look at your file, and It does seem to be working as expected. When you drop the magnifying glass on the WA shape, the WA layer appears. If you drop it on another shape, that corresponding layer would appear then. I added a trigger to 2 other shapes, (SA, NSW) and it seems to be working.

Please let me know if there is something I am missing.

Thank you both - but it seems to only work for layers WA and NT.

For some reason I can't get it to work for any other layers?

not sure what it was but I created a new project and imported the slide in - that didn't work, so I 'format painted' the state that was working WA onto the others and it seemed to work.

I have checked your file and added the triggers the way I told you in my previous comment and it worked for all the buttons.

Anyway will add do the same for you in the file you provided and will upload it in few minutes.

I was also unable to recreate the issue you are describing. Could you verify the published output here is working as expected?

I did a save as on your file and will attach it here. Can you check it out and see if you are still having the issues?

You may want to follow the steps here if you continue to have issues with the file.
